Class Schedule
Live Online Classes: Mon–Sat, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (IST) via Google Meet/Zoom, plus recorded session access. Practical camp charged separately.

Graduates receive the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, globally recognized by World Yoga Alliance (School ID: WS148). This is an exam-based vocational certification; unlike DY/PGDY/DNYS, no year-wise marksheet or paper-marks structure applies here.
